We assure you to provide the best services and products from our store. However after buying we will issue a full refund in the following cases

• If the class/activity is cancelled then we will issue a full refund within 2-4 business days on the activity / class being cancelled.
• If you have bought something by error or are not satisfied, we assure you a full refund if you have not used it and if you notify us on engagement@octopod.co.in within 24 hours of buying the course.
• For things not in the above scenario there are no refunds that will be issued.
